The rules for using Massvai, including subscriptions, credits, AI-generated output, and acceptable use.

Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to Massvai. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, be able to enter a binding contract, and provide accurate account information. If you use Massvai for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
The service and AI output
Massvai provides an AI-powered software development workspace that can generate and modify application code. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, licensing, and validating generated applications before use or deployment. Output is not legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in prompts, files, and projects you submit. You grant Massvai the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service for you. You may not use Massvai for unlawful activity, rights infringement, malware, credential theft, abuse, sexual exploitation, prohibited adult or violent content, sanctions evasion, or interference with the service. We may suspend activity that creates legal, security, or platform risk.
Plans, billing, and credits
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled. Prices and billing currency are shown before checkout. Credits are added after successful payment, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be subject to stated expiration rules. Promotional credits may expire. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes, which apply from a future renewal.
Cancellation, refunds, and delivery
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and unused time does not roll over. Paid credits are digital services delivered to your account after payment confirmation; nothing is physically shipped. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Third-party services and availability
Massvai may connect to providers such as AI model vendors, GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe. Their products are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We work to keep Massvai reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, and security events can interrupt the service. No service-level commitment applies unless agreed in writing.
Ownership, warranties, and liability
Massvai and its platform technology remain our property; your rights in your content remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Massvai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid Massvai in the 12 months before the event, except where law does not allow that limit.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, unlawful use, or a credible security risk. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data. We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith.
